Key Learning Center (KLC) in Asheville, NC is an internationally-accredited resource for educators, students, and parents in the field of Orton-Gillingham multisensory structured language, multisensory mathematics, and language-based learning differences—dyslexia.
Professional Development - Training Institutes
We offer four levels of accredited Orton-Gillingham (O-G) courses and supervised clinical teaching practica that lead to nationally recognized certification.
Our Multisensory Math courses provide teachers with skills and strategies to apply the O-G principles to teaching math.
Quarterly seminars on the Carolina Day campus in Asheville offer continuing professional development and networking opportunities for the community.
Consultation and Onsite Workshops
Customized workshops and onsite consultation is offered as an outreach to schools and educators in the southeast region. Customized support in multisensory teaching strategies in language and in math are our specialty areas.
