What do you like most about your job at CDS? "I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with these amazing children on their journey through fourth grade. I am passionate about finding ways to help students enjoy learning. I love that CDS is supportive of creative and innovate ways of teaching, such as inquiry based learning, where students take an active and engaged role. The teachers and administrators at CDS are very passionate, supportive, and professional. It’s inspiring to work in such a positive environment where you feel that you are encouraged to keep growing and evolving as an educator.

I also love the fact that the CDS community values the idea of equity and inclusion. I feel this type of mindset when I am on campus—there is a vibe of peace, kindness, and courtesy throughout the faculty and student body."
